As a Construction Project Manager with us, you drive construction projects from idea to finished reality. You lead the work, hold the whole together, and ensure that everything follows the right requirements, pace, and direction. Our properties are used by thousands of people every day – and you are part of making them a reality.

Main responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and follow up on construction projects with a focus on quality, economy, and environment.
• Ensure that the project meets authority requirements and internal routines.
• Communicate and collaborate with colleagues, tenants, contractors, and authorities.
• Contribute to the development of working methods and processes.

Who are you?

We are looking for you with extensive experience in construction project management who takes responsibility and independently drives projects forward with a steady hand. You are communicative, proactive, analytical, and see creative solutions where others see problems.

You have post-secondary education in construction technology or equivalent, or alternatively, experience that the employer deems equivalent. If you have training in BAS-P and experience of the Public Procurement Act (LOU), certificates such as IPMA and PMI, or other relevant project management qualifications, it is a plus.
